**_What You'll Do:_**

You will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and juggle several simultaneous responsibilities including: new hire orientation, on-boarding, candidate travel, data audits, background check vendor management, job postings, Talent Acquisition intranet page updates and other special projects as assigned.

_Key responsibilities include:_

+ Manages New Hire Orientation and Onboarding process.

+ Moves new hires through hiring process via Taleo Business Edition.

+ Attends to the needs of new hires prior to their first day.

+ Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current.

+ Submits the online requests and assists with new employee background checks.

+ Assists with recruitment and interview process.

+ Schedules meetings, candidate travel and interviews as requested.

+ Maintains new employee records.

+ Assists Talent Acquisition Manager with special projects as needed.

**_What You Need to Succeed:_**

+ Minimum two years' experience in an administrative position supporting an HR department. Experience supporting a recruiting function a plus!

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Experience with ATS (specifically Taleo Business Edition) preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and successful data accuracy required.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and speak up for help when needed.

+ Desire to continuously improve our processes; provide input on what we can do better.

+ Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
